All month long, our Casey Cares kids have been treated to lots of fall fun, thanks to generous donors.
Many of our families enjoyed a great day of pumpkin picking, hay rides, seeing farm animals at the petting zoo and corn maze fun at our annual fall party at Rodgers' Farms in Stevenson, Maryland.
Kids battling everything from cancer to sickle cell disease to rare genetic disorders - many of whom rarely get a chance to play since they are often being treated in hospitals - had the opportunity to have fun and spend time meeting other families in similar situations.
Hosted bi-monthly, Caring Connection parties are one of Casey Cares’ six programs, allowing families to surround themselves with much-needed companionship and support while taking part in fun group activities.
Our Philadelphia-area families meanwhile, got to enjoy a Halloween party with longtime donor Casey Stencil and the Alpha Phil Omega Fraternity at St. Joseph's University. Their party was filled with treats, face painting and, of course, Halloween costumes!
