The Casey Cares Foundation is proud to announce that Medieval Times, which has been a strong supporter of the Baltimore-based non-profit organization since 2004, will be honored with the foundation’s 2017 Champion of Children Award. For more than a decade, Medieval Times has proven over and over its dedication to Casey Cares' mission of providing uplifting and ongoing programs for critically ill children.
Casey Cares founder and executive director Casey Baynes will present the awards to Medieval Times at the Casey Cares 14th Annual Golf Tournament, set for Monday, June 19, 2017, at the Hunt Valley Golf Club.
Each year, Casey Cares selects outstanding individuals and organizations for going above and beyond the call of duty to support families with critically ill children and our Casey Cares programs.
Medieval Times locations in Arundel Mills, Maryland, and in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, have provided magical VIP outings for our Casey Cares families, including its "King's Royalty Package," which provides dinners, special photos and meet and greets. Medieval Times' entertaining restaurants and shows, complete with knights and horses, create lasting memories for families with critically ill children, who simply need some joy in their lives. Medieval Times has been a Casey Cares Gala sponsor and their employees even shared a photo of themselves in pajamas to raise awareness for our program which provides new pairs of pajamas for critically ill children.
