Autumn and the holidays are great times for Casey Cares kiddos to get away for a weekend of “normalcy”.

Celebration Vacations offer families time to relax and rejuvenate during customized weekend getaways.

Fifteen-year-old Grace, who has been battling Stage 4 neuroblastoma, has not been able to take many vacations over the last few years. Through a generous donation, Casey Cares was able to score last-minute tickets for her to see her favorite singer, Ed Sheeran, in concert. Amazingly, Grace had a chance meeting with the singer a few years ago when she happened to see him in New York – but this was the first time she got to see him perform.

Grace and her mom Sharon traveled to Boston for the show. Casey Cares also organized a stay at the Fairfield Hotel, a painting class at Muse Paintbar, dinner at Shake Shack, and a brunch at Panera Bread.

“We had a fantastic weekend!” Grace’s mom Sharon wrote in an email. “It was so much fun! Can’t thank you enough! Everything was wonderful.”
