EVERYONE can find a way to be a part of the Casey Cares 5K and Margaret Thomas is proof! Margaret runs with Ainsley’s Angels, an organization that aims to ensure that everyone can experience endurance events, regardless of what needs they may have.  The group builds awareness about America’s special needs community through inclusion in all aspects of life.

“Your group had invited us to ride in your race and I jumped at the chance.  We live in Bowie but don't visit Baltimore much.  It is such a beautiful city.”

Margaret has a very special thing that she can’t do without on a run, “I can’t ride without my runner! They are my power”.   Casey Cares is so thrilled to have Ainsley’s Angels as a part of our run.  “For me it’s all about the people who I ride with as well as who run and walk with me. Everyone roots each other on. I like to scream while I ride because everyone seems to love it.”
