Ready, set, hike! Thanks to the generosity of the Baltimore Ravens and Ravens Community, dozens Casey Cares critically ill children, their siblings, and other family members enjoyed a sunny afternoon watching the Baltimore Ravens football team training camp from their own private area in Ownings Mills! Afterwards, the families got to meet with players like Lamar Jackson, Nick Moore, Joshua Taylor Jones, Kyle Van Noy, and even Ravens Head Coach John Harbaugh!
Katherine, the mother to Casey Cares kiddo Marybeth, brought her daughter and son Brian to the training camp.
"Thank you very much for organizing this beautiful and wonderful event! Our family had such a blast! What an awesome thrill for our son Brian to interact with Lamar and end up getting his towel after practice. Thank you for an unforgettable experience of a lifetime!" she says.
The Baltimore Ravens have partnered with the Casey Cares Foundation for over a decade, providing tickets for critically ill children to watch football games and training camp.
Casey Cares also sends a massive thanks to Joe Cutroneo with IPDS, Inc. for providing a once-in-a-lifetime experience for Casey Cares families with suite tickets to a Baltimore Ravens game! For Monya, battling cystic fibrosis, and his family, the night was all the more fun with a visit from the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders!
