Nine-year-old Julia, of South Charleston, West Virginia, got a huge thrill when she got to FaceTime with her hero, Olympic ice skater Ashley Wagner. Ashley is touring with Stars on Ice and is going to meet Julia when the tour stops in Pittsburgh on Friday, April 27. 

Julia is a beginning ice skater, who caught the skating bug after seeing Disney On Ice. Ice skating has been an escape for Julia, who is battling a heart condition known as tetralogy of fallot. She has undergone two heart surgeries and has been to the hospital more times than she can count.
