Teambuilding That Gives Back
At Casey Cares Foundation, we believe that acts of service not only strengthen our communities—but also bring people closer together. This week, we were honored to partner with both corporate and youth groups who gave their time and heart to support critically ill children and their families.
At M&T Bank’s Baltimore office, about 30 employees from the Retail Education Department participated in a Casey Cares team-building event. The group rolled cozy pajamas, which will be donated to children facing medical hardships, helping to provide warmth, comfort, and joy during tough times. These hands-on activities do more than give back—they bring teams together in a shared mission of compassion. Companies interested in meaningful team-building experiences can sponsor similar volunteer opportunities through Casey Cares.
We also took part in the final celebration of the Baltimore Ravens and T. Rowe Price High School Leadership Institute, a yearlong program designed to empower student leaders from Baltimore City and County. Around 100 students marked the end of their leadership journey with two impactful service projects: rolling pajamas with Casey Cares and assembling food bags for the Baltimore Hunger Project. Every student participated in both activities, reinforcing the value of giving back as a pillar of leadership.
From boardrooms to classrooms, this week showed how teamwork and service can make a real difference. If your company, school, or group is looking for a meaningful way to give back, we invite you to connect with us and learn more about our team-building sponsorship opportunities.
