Eight-year-old Jordan was born with Cystic Fibrosis, a lifelong condition that affects his lungs and makes every breath a little harder to take. Despite daily treatments and countless hospital visits at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, Jordan doesn’t let anything dim his joy, especially when it comes to football!
Through Casey Cares, Jordan and his family have shared unforgettable moments, from movie and pizza nights and cozy PJ deliveries to an incredible day cheering on his favorite team, the Philadelphia Eagles.
