Tee It Up, Rain or Shine
On May 22nd, the Casey Cares community came together at The Woodlands Golf Course for the Tee It Up Golf Tournament—and not even the rain could dampen our spirits! Despite the drizzle, teams hit the greens with big hearts and even bigger smiles, all in support of programs for critically ill children.
We are thrilled to share that the tournament raised nearly $30,000 to support our ongoing efforts to provide uplifting activities and moments of joy to families facing medical hardship.
A heartfelt thank-you goes out to Matt Derby of Derby Real Estate, along with Mike Griesser of White Oak Home Group and Steve Pipich of VYBE, for generously organizing this impactful event. We’re so grateful they took time from their busy schedules to rally support for our mission.
The event featured moving stories from two courageous moms—Maria, whose 11-year-old daughter Ariel battles Sickle Cell Disease, and Terry, whose 2-year-old daughter Dream continues to face health challenges stemming from her premature birth. Their words were a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.
To every golfer, sponsor, and volunteer—thank you for making the day a success. Your support means the world to our families. See you on the green next year!
