The Casey Cares YP Board ignites energy and fresh ideas to support critically ill children and their families. Made up of caring young professionals, our board works to deliver memorable moments, from sporting events to creative fundraisers, while fostering meaningful connections and leadership growth.
What We Do
Members of the YP Board play an active role in creating special experiences for Casey Cares families. From organizing seasonal parties and sports outings to hosting pajama drives and creative fundraisers, the events we plan provide moments of joy and normalcy for children facing critical illnesses.
In addition to hands-on volunteering, board members help build relationships with local businesses, professional sports teams, and community partners to raise awareness and support for our programs. Whether it’s planning a group event, helping with marketing, or working behind the scenes, each contribution supports our mission to deliver uplifting, ongoing support to families in need.
Board members also help shape the future of the organization by leading projects, generating new ideas, and promoting our cause in their communities. Every role, big or small, adds up to a meaningful impact for the children and families we serve.

Get Involved
Joining the YP Board is easy and incredibly rewarding. Simply download the application and welcome packet, then email your completed form to our team. We encourage new members to attend a board meeting where they can meet the group, share their interests, and learn how to get involved.
Board members typically participate in quarterly virtual meetings, with occasional in-person meetups for volunteer activities throughout the year. Whether you want to spearhead a new initiative or simply lend a helping hand at an event, there’s a place for you on the board.
