An Evening of Insight and Inspiration with Eric DeCosta

What an incredible night! Our recent Fireside Chat with Baltimore Ravens General Manager Eric DeCosta was truly one for the books. Held in an intimate setting filled with supporters, fans, and friends of the Casey Cares Foundation, the evening offered a unique opportunity to hear directly from one of the Raven’s most respected leaders.

Eric spoke candidly about his journey in the Ravens organization, sharing valuable lessons on leadership, perseverance, and building a winning culture. It was a rare and special glimpse behind the scenes of the Ravens organization, and everyone in the room walked away feeling inspired and energized.
