Celebrating Our 7th Annual Sporting Clay Tournament
On September 18, 2025, supporters came together for our Charity Sporting Clay Tournament, raising critical funds to bring joy and support to children battling serious illnesses. It was more than just a day of sport—it was a day of compassion, generosity, and community, all focused on helping families facing the toughest challenges.
The tournament’s success was made possible through the leadership of Event Chair Steve Manekin, whose dedication and commitment ensured a memorable and meaningful day.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who participated, including the Atlantic Union Bank team—Mark DeLucca, Michael Bolesta, Ralph Davis, and Aaron Snook— who earned first place honors. Special congratulations to Aaron Snook, who also captured top individual recognition by breaking 40 out of 50 clays.
A big cheer as well for our Board President, Bob Weltchek, who had a banner day and broke 29 out of 50 clays!
Thank You to Our Sponsors
This event would not have been possible without the generosity of our sponsors:
- Bob Weltchek
- Steve Manekin
- Mike & Ellen DiMayo
- Steve Altshuler, for providing the event signage
Every clay broken and every dollar raised during this tournament helps ensure that critically ill children and their families feel supported, celebrated, and never alone. Thank you to all who made this possible—you are truly making a lasting difference.
